CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are hiring a CNC Programmer for a Manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for CNC programming and machining operations.

Candidate should have experience in CNC/VMC programming and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs as per production requirements.
• Prepare machining process sheets and tooling requirements.
• Optimize CNC programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Perform machine setup support and troubleshooting activities.
• Select cutting tools and machining parameters.
• Read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor machining quality and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain CNC programming records and documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining operations.
• Knowledge of VMC, CNC machines, and CAM software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Knowledge of G Code, tooling, and machining parameters.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in production and process improvement activities.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
