Warehouse Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Executive for a Manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations and inventory management activities.

Candidate should have good knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward material activities.
• Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare GRN, stock reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams.
• Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
• Update inventory data in ERP and MS Excel.
• Monitor stock movement and material availability.
• Support daily warehouse operations and reporting.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic ERP knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Knowledge of GRN, stock verification, and dispatch activities.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
