Job Description

We are hiring a Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations for a Real Estate EPC business.

Candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for corporate and project-based roles.

Candidate should have strong experience in construction, engineering, EPC, and project manpower hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate office and project site positions.
  • Manage hiring for Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Billing Engineers, QS Engineers, QA QC, Safety, Procurement, Contracts, HR, Finance and Admin functions.
  • Partner with department heads and project teams for workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of manpower as per project timelines.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, consultants, references and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking within EPC and construction industry.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, probation, transfer and exit processes.
  • Maintain HRMIS accuracy, employee records, documentation and HR operations.
  • Coordinate with payroll and administration teams for employee related processes.
  • Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategy.
  • Excellent understanding of EPC, construction and project manpower requirements.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple critical hiring positions simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor and consultant management skills.
  • Proficiency in job portals, HRMS and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
