We are hiring a Deputy General Manager – Finance, Accounts & Tax to manage financial planning, accounting operations, taxation, and statutory compliance for real estate and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong expertise in project finance, GST, Income Tax, RERA compliance, Ind AS 115, and treasury management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Control
Prepare annual budgets and project-wise cash flow forecasts
Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability
Manage fund flow and vendor/contractor payments
Conduct financial feasibility analysis for new projects
Coordinate with banks and lenders for project funding
Accounting & Reporting
Oversee project accounting and finalization of books
Ensure revenue recognition as per Ind AS 115 and RERA
Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and profitability reports
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
Implement internal controls and financial policies
Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances
Manage GST input credit reconciliation and RCM
File GST returns, Income Tax returns, and TDS statements
Handle tax audits, assessments, and notices
Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, and FEMA
Treasury & Banking
Manage banking operations and project escrow accounts
Liaise with banks for loans, LC/BG, and credit facilities
Monitor interest costs and repayment schedules
Strategic Support
Provide financial insights for pricing and project launches
Conduct due diligence for land acquisition and JV/JDA deals
Support SPV structuring and capital infusion
Drive automation using ERP / SAP / Tally Prime
