Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Horticulturist with strong expertise in managing multiple crops across different seasons and soil conditions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and improving crop yield, ensuring sustainable and profitable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and manage cultivation activities for multiple crops (vegetables, fruits, flowers, or ornamental plants).
• Supervise land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest management.
• Monitor soil health, crop quality, and yield performance.
• Implement modern horticultural techniques to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemicals.
• Maintain detailed records of crop cycles, inputs, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental standards.
• Guide and train field staff/workers for efficient crop management.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in multi-crop cultivation and field management.
• Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, pest/disease control, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to plan crop rotation and manage large-scale operations.
• Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with modern farming techniques and tools.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with experience in commercial farming or nursery management.
• Local candidates from South Gujarat region will be preferred.
• Must be willing to work on-field and manage day-to-day operations.
