We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle complete HR operations at our Sarigam unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end HR management, compliance, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR activities, including onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
Manage payroll processing, attendance supervision, leave management, and salary administration
Lead recruitment & staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination
Ensure full compliance with Labour Laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, etc.)
Maintain and monitor HR compliance, audits, documentation, HRIS updates, and record-keeping
Develop HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling processes
Coordinate with management on workforce planning and performance evaluations
Support safety, disciplinary actions, workplace policies, and legal HR requirements
Ensure smooth communication between employees and management
Handle contractor workforce management as needed
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
8–10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing/industrial units
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience in Payroll & Recruitment is mandatory
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle plant-level HR independently
