We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering to oversee and maintain the operational efficiency of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime of plant equipment, contributing to the overall productivity and safety of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance planning and operational support.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure timely availability.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery reliability and performance.
• Train and supervise maintenance technicians and junior staff.
