We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in the metal and engineering industry at our Vasai location. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and optimize plant efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Lead maintenance projects, upgrades, and installations with minimal production disruptions.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
