We are seeking an experienced Manager – Credit Control & Operations to lead end-to-end credit management, collections, invoicing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the credit control team, optimize cash flow, manage customer payment cycles, and ensure seamless coordination across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
This role is perfect for professionals with strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and expertise in credit control and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Credit Control team to achieve financial and operational goals.
Manage the full Credit Control cycle including sales order entry, invoicing (Zoho ERP), cash application, collections, customer reconciliation, and credit note processing.
Implement efficient processes for timely billing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
Monitor revenue flow and ensure zero leakages or delays in financial operations.
Conduct credit assessments for new and existing clients and assign credit ratings based on payment behavior.
Visit customers when required for collection follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment negotiations.
Handle escalations for overdue accounts and strategize recovery plans.
Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and on-time task execution.
Prepare and share MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance updates with management.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (mandatory).
CA Intern or MBA in Finance/Operations/Business Management preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Operations.
Prior experience managing operations or cross-functional teams is an added advantage.
Must have team-handling experience and knowledge of ERP tools (Zoho preferred).
Strong analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and attention to detail.
