Job Description
To lead and manage all HR functions at the Boisar plant including compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Ensure smooth organizational operations, adherence to labor laws, and a motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions such as attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain updated and accurate HR documentation including employee records and databases.
- Ensure all plant-level HR processes are executed timely and smoothly.
- Manage end-to-end Blue Collar recruitment.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Maintain a strong recruitment pipeline and execute effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Align plant-level HR policies with corporate strategies and goals.
- Drive cultural transformation and support organizational development.
- Implement strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, etc).
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and manage audits/inspections.
