Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Officer – Talent Acquisition (HR & Admin) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, onboarding processes, HR documentation, and exit coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in structured HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Share approved job descriptions with recruitment consultants and collect resumes.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage post-interview documentation.
  • Liaise with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage consultant contracts and recruitment billing.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Complete pre-joining formalities such as medical tests, reference checks, offer letter issuance, and resignation follow-ups.
  • Manage post-joining formalities, including document verification, appointment letters, and induction programs.
  • Track mentor–mentee interactions and maintain related records.

HR Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee personal files (physical and digital).
  • Ensure HR documentation compliance as per ISO standards.
  • Coordinate exit interviews with employees and external consultants.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in HR data management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Job Location & Facilities

  • Job location is Tarapur MIDC, Boisar (Palghar District).
  • Easy connectivity by local trains from Churchgate to Boisar.
  • Subsidized accommodation options available for outstation candidates.
  • Relocation allowance provided (relocation to Tarapur/Boisar is mandatory).
