Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in robotics, industrial automation, and machine control systems. The ideal candidate should be able to develop, integrate, debug, and maintain PLC and HMI software for custom-built machinery and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify PLC programs using platforms like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robots (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, etc).
• Understand and develop machine control logic based on functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain I/O lists, electrical drawings, and control system layouts.
• Integrate and calibrate servo motors, VFDs, transducers, sensors, printers, laser systems, etc.
• Configure and implement Safety PLCs, safety relays, emergency stop circuits, and safety interlocks.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and ensure functional alignment with PLC logic.
• Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and debugging of machines.
• Ensure adherence to CE safety norms and best practices for industrial safety.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams for seamless integration of control systems.
• Document software, change logs, troubleshooting guides, and project reports.
• Provide remote or on-site support to resolve.
