Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Production Executive with 7+ years of expertise in pharmaceutical production operations. The ideal candidate will focus on cost saving, productivity improvement, rejection reduction, and effective manpower handling, while ensuring smooth production and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor overall production efficiency.
• Drive productivity improvement through optimized processes and resource utilization.
• Identify and reduce rejections, deviations, and operational wastage.
• Lead and manage manpower to maintain discipline, workflow, and productivity.
• Conduct and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GMP and SOPs.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for production planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation, batch records, and production reports.
• Ensure safety standards and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
• Minimum 7 years of experience in production (preferably pharma manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, audits, and production processes.
• Proven experience in cost control, productivity enhancement, and rejection reduction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and improve overall plant performance.
