Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of liquid ampoules, liquid vials, and lyophilized vials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the production processes of sterile and non-sterile injectable products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end manufacturing processes of liquid ampoules, liquid vials, and lyophilized vials.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise production schedules to meet targeted deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards for sterile injectable manufacturing.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation and batch records accurately as per regulatory requirements.
• Identify training needs and ensure continuous skill development of team members.
• Implement and improve production processes for increased efficiency and reduced waste.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
