Job Description
Measure, mix, and load raw materials into reactors and equipment. Handle basic troubleshooting of process and equipment issues. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality norms. Assist in loading/unloading, packing, and material handling if required Report any abnormalities, leakages, or deviations to the supervisor immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical plant machinery and production processes as per SOPs.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, and reaction parameters.
- Maintain process logs and update shift-wise production reports.
- Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams for smooth operation.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain cleanliness.
