Job Summary

• We are hiring a Production / Quality Engineer with strong experience in sheet metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate will handle daily production activities, quality checks, process improvement, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sheet metal production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform in-process quality checks, inspections, and final quality verification.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements, and tolerances.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
• Identify defects, deviations, and take corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Maintain production reports, quality documentation, and process records.
• Support preventive maintenance and ensure safe shop-floor practices.
• Work on continuous improvement to reduce rework and enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years experience in Production or Quality Engineering.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing.
• Knowledge of measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer, gauges).
• Understanding of fabrication, bending, shearing, welding, and finishing processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
