Job Description
Participate in kick-off meetings, risk analysis, and troubleshooting for technical challenges. Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites when required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and documentation practices
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Interface with design, production, purchase, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and milestones using project tracking tools.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, design revisions, and change control.
- Conduct periodic reviews and report project progress to the senior management.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
