Job Description

We are hiring a QC Chemist for an API pharmaceutical company located in GIDC, Vapi.

The candidate will be responsible for performing analytical testing and ensuring product quality as per regulatory standards.

Only candidates from API Pharma industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished API products.
• Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
• Maintain laboratory documentation, reports, and records.
• Conduct calibration and validation of instruments.
• Investigate deviations, OOS, and quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams for quality assurance.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of API pharmaceutical quality control.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV).
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP guidelines and documentation practices.
• Experience in API Pharma industry is mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
