Job Description
Conduct routine and non-routine chemical, physical, and analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Ensure products meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments like pH meter, UV spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, etc.
- Prepare and review analytical documents, COAs, and SOPs.
- Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure timely sampling, testing, and release of materials.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in regulatory inspections.
