Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer/Officer to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with quality inspection tools, statistical analysis, and documentation in accordance with ISO and GMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incoming Material Inspection
- Inspect and test raw materials, packaging materials, and components as per approved specifications.
- Identify and report non-conformances to suppliers and internal departments.
2. In-Process Quality Control
- Conduct in-process checks during production, including dimensional and visual inspections.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Finished Product Testing
- Perform final inspection and testing of finished goods before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed inspection records, test reports, and control charts.
- Ensure traceability of QC data and compliance with documentation standards.
5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP quality systems.
- Participate in internal audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation, and validation activities.
- Perform calibration and verification of measuring instruments.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Pressure Gauge, UTM, etc.).
- Understanding of sampling plans and basic statistical tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
