Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Executive to join a well-established manufacturing and laboratory setup at Bhimpore. The candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring quality control testing, validation activities, and laboratory operations in compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards. This role requires strong hands-on exposure to analytical instruments and documentation practices to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine quality control testing as per approved procedures and specifications
• Execute validation activities including method validation, process validation, and cleaning validation
• Operate and maintain HPLC systems for qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Handle and troubleshoot QC laboratory instruments such as UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, pH Meter, Karl Fischer, and other analytical equipment
• Prepare, review, and maintain QC documentation, test reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines during laboratory operations
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with production, QA, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of validation activities
• Proven hands-on experience with HPLC
• Practical exposure to QC laboratory instruments and analytical techniques
