Job Description

  • We are hiring a Sales Manager for Residential Real Estate in Umbergaon to manage customer inquiries, conduct property site visits, and drive sales for premium residential projects. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, deep local market knowledge, and experience in closing residential property deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in leads, online inquiries, and inbound sales calls.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop local market strategies to increase project visibility.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of pricing, inventory, loan options, property documentation, and competitors.
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to convert leads.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong closing ability and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and convert them to bookings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital lead management.
  • Own two-wheeler preferred.

Education

  • Graduation in any field.
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
