Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at Vasai. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and be capable of managing factory employees as well as completing HR functions efficiently. The role involves handling employee relations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and other HR administrative tasks specifically within a manufacturing/factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, and separation.
- Handle factory employee issues and maintain smooth communication between management and workers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
