Job Description
Monitor and supervise chemical plant operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure adherence to industry safety standards and company SOPs.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments.
Maintain production records and prepare shift reports.
Handle manpower allocation and shift planning effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement safety procedures and conduct safety checks.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality standards.
- Train and guide operators on safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of industrial safety standards.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
