Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Manufacturing company.

Candidate will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant equipment and utilities.

Accommodation and food facilities will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment.
• Maintain pumps, gearboxes, reactors, mixers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers and high-speed dispersers.
• Handle maintenance of mechanical seals and DG sets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HT and LT electrical systems.
• Maintain HT LT motors, capacitors, electrical circuits and control panels.
• Ensure smooth operation of utilities and production equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in HT LT systems, motors, DG sets and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, reactors, mixers, chillers and compressors.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage plant maintenance activities.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
