HR Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an HR Manager for our Umbergaon location.

Candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and workforce management.

Candidate should have strong experience in HR Generalist functions and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance handling and retention activities.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Manage HR policies, procedures and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategies.
• Lead and support overall HR and administration functions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in HR Generalist and HR Operations.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and compliance.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
• Good reporting, documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle HR functions independently.
